WebPlus7 Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Enrollment

1.1. All affiliate memberships are subject to prior approval by WebPlus7. We reserve the right to refuse service to any new or existing affiliate at our sole discretion, with or without cause.

1.2. To be eligible for our affiliate program, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid tax identification number for commission payments.

1.3. Each affiliate entity is permitted only one (1) affiliate account. Multiple accounts created to earn additional commissions are strictly prohibited.

1.4. WebPlus7 reserves the right to reject, omit, or exclude any affiliate, webmaster, or website for any reason at any time, with or without notice.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

By participating in our Affiliate Program, you warrant that:

• You are the owner or are licensed to use all content on your website(s) and marketing materials
• Your website and marketing activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Your content does not contain misrepresentations or defamatory material
• Your content does not violate any privacy or publicity rights
• Your content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary rights
• You will place our banners and links appropriately on approved platforms

2.1. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination from the program:

• Spamming (unsolicited emails, messages, or comments)
• Bidding on "WebPlus7" branded keywords in PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.)
• Using newsgroups, chat rooms, message boards, banner networks, counters, or guestbooks for promotion
• Engaging in any fraudulent activity including use of bots, scripts, or manual page refreshing to generate false commissions
• Promoting on coupon or discount sites without explicit authorization
• Making false claims or misleading advertisements about our services
• Any promotion that damages our brand reputation

3. Commissions and Payments

3.1. WebPlus7 is responsible for all commission payouts and financial transactions related to the affiliate program.

3.2. You will receive commissions for authorized sales generated through your unique affiliate links.

3.3. Commission rates are subject to change at any time at WebPlus7's discretion. You are responsible for checking current rates in your affiliate dashboard.

3.4. Payments are processed monthly around the 15th day of each month when your account balance reaches the minimum payout threshold:

• Minimum for wire transfer: $100
• Minimum for PayPal: $50

3.5. For wire transfers, you are responsible for all banking fees (typically $20-$40).

3.6. Self-purchases are permitted but require at least two (2) separate customer referrals with valid orders to qualify for payout.

3.7. Commissions are tracked using a 90-day cookie duration from the initial click.

4. Refunds and Chargebacks

4.1. If a customer receives a refund or initiates a chargeback, or if a customer's payment fails to clear, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your account.

4.2. Any affiliate chargeback fees incurred by WebPlus7 may also be deducted from your next payment.

4.3. In cases of fraudulent activity, WebPlus7 reserves the right to withhold all outstanding commissions.

5. Privacy Policy

5.1. WebPlus7 respects your privacy and will not disclose your personal or business information to third parties without your express permission.

5.2. We will not sell your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal information to any third party.

6. Program Changes

6.1. WebPlus7 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

6.2. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

7. Termination

7.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.

7.2. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will immediately cease.

7.3. WebPlus7 reserves the right to withhold final payments for a reasonable time to ensure all referred customers are valid and no refunds will be processed.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. WebPlus7 will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement.

8.2. Our total liability arising with respect to this agreement will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under this agreement.

9. Governing Law

9.1. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where WebPlus7 is established.

9.2. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
